Wisconsin opened its women's basketball season with a victory over Bradley at the Kohl Center in Madison on Wednesday night, powered by a dramatic near-logo three-pointer from Teagan Mallegni. The shot provided the decisive margin in the Badgers' season-opening win on November 3, 2026.
Mallegni drove to the basket during the first half before unleashing the deep attempt that energized the home crowd. The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel captured the moment as Wisconsin began its campaign with a win over the visiting Braves.
