Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Smriti Mandhana persuaded fast bowler Renuka Singh to continue playing in the Women's Premier League after Singh considered quitting the tournament.
According to reports, Mandhana asked Singh, "Do you want your career to end here?" The conversation convinced Singh to stay with the team.
