Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has surpassed Zinedine Zidane's goalscoring benchmark for the club, according to reports from Spanish football media on Sunday.
The England international achieved the milestone during the 2026-27 season, overtaking the French legend's tally for a Real Madrid player. Zidane, who played for Los Blancos from 2001 to 2006, scored 49 goals in 227 appearances across all competitions.
Bellingham, who joined Real Madrid from Borussia Dortmund in 2023, has been in prolific form since his arrival at the Santiago Bernabéu. The 23-year-old's goal-scoring exploits from midfield have drawn comparisons to some of the club's greatest attacking players.
The record-breaking goal came in a competitive fixture for Carlo Ancelotti's side, further cementing Bellingham's status as one of the most influential players in world football.
