Cincinnati Bengals center Ted Karras delivered a memorable reaction to the Tennessee Titans' decision to trade defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, according to a report from Titans Wire on Friday.
The Titans completed the trade involving Simmons, a two-time Pro Bowl selection, though specific details of the deal were not immediately disclosed. Karras, a veteran offensive lineman who has faced Simmons multiple times in AFC matchups, offered his perspective on the move that reshapes Tennessee's defensive front.
Mark Mihalko of Titans Wire reported the news on October 30, 2026, noting Karras's comment as noteworthy among league observers. The trade marks a significant shift for the Titans organization, which had built its defense around Simmons since drafting him in 2019.
