Florida State University is set to add a veteran coach to its football staff as a defensive analyst, according to a report from FSU Wire on Thursday.
The hire, reported by JD McCarthy of FSU Wire, would bring experienced defensive expertise to the Seminoles' coaching setup. The identity of the coach was not immediately disclosed in the initial report.
Florida State continues to build its support staff ahead of the upcoming season, with the defensive analyst role expected to assist with game planning, opponent analysis, and player development on the defensive side of the ball.
