American golfer Nelly Korda has been named the LPGA Player of the Year for the second time in her career, the tour announced on November 3, 2026. The award recognizes the most outstanding performer on the LPGA Tour over the course of the season.
Korda previously won the honor in 2021, a year in which she also captured her first major championship at the Women's PGA Championship and reached the world number one ranking. The 2026 selection marks her return to the top of the year-end standings after a period of strong consistent play.
The Player of the Year award is determined by a points system that rewards high finishes, victories, and major championship performances throughout the LPGA season. Korda's second award places her among a select group of multiple-time winners in LPGA history.
