The Philadelphia Eagles have waived a player they acquired via trade last year, according to a report from SB Nation on Tuesday.
The move involves cornerback Jakorian Bennett, who was photographed during a game against the Washington Commanders at Lincoln Financial Field on January 4, 2026. The Eagles originally traded for Bennett in 2025, but the team has now decided to release him.
The transaction was reported by Brandon Lee Gowton on November 3, 2026. Further details regarding the corresponding roster move or Bennett's future status were not immediately available.
