Vegas Golden Knights forward Tomas Hertl scored a late goal to secure a 3-2 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins at PPG Paints Arena on Wednesday.
The game-winning tally came in the final minutes, lifting the Knights to a narrow win. Penguins left wing Nick Robertson, wearing number 14, was active early, challenging Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb (3) and goaltender Adin Hill (33) during the first period.
Hill made key saves throughout the contest, while Hertl's clutch finish proved decisive. The result moves the Golden Knights forward in the standings as the NHL season progresses.
