Pittsburgh Steelers fantasy managers looking to bolster their rosters should target Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs and Jacksonville Jaguars rookie Brian Thomas Jr., according to a new analysis from Fantasy Sports Illustrated. Both players have shown increasing involvement in their respective offenses and could provide significant value in trade negotiations.
The report highlights Downs' consistent target share in the Colts' passing game and Thomas Jr.'s emerging role as a deep threat for the Jaguars. Meanwhile, Steelers' own DK Metcalf continues to be a focal point of the Pittsburgh offense after his recent performance against the New Orleans Saints.
Fantasy experts suggest that acquiring Downs or Thomas Jr. could address receiver depth concerns for Steelers-focused fantasy teams as the NFL season progresses toward the playoff push.
