Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels participated in full practice on Thursday, October 30, 2026, signaling positive progress for the team's offensive leader. The session marked Daniels' first full participation in recent weeks, according to reports from USA TODAY's Tim Piotrowski.
The development comes as the Commanders prepare for their upcoming matchup, with Daniels' availability being a key factor for Washington's playoff aspirations. The second-year quarterback has been managing his workload throughout the season, and Thursday's full session suggests he is trending toward full readiness for game action.
Daniels, the 2023 Heisman Trophy winner and No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, has thrown for 2,847 yards with 15 touchdowns and 7 interceptions through the first eight games of the 2026 season. His dual-threat ability has made him central to the Commanders' offensive scheme under head coach Dan Quinn.
