The CIAC boys and girls cross country championships take place this Saturday, featuring some of Connecticut's top high school runners. Among the athletes drawing attention is Thomaston's Beau Kociszewski, who captured the Berkshire League boys cross country title on October 22 at Black Rock State Park in Watertown.
The championships will showcase both individual and team competition across multiple divisions. Kociszewski's recent league victory positions him as a strong contender in the boys' race, while the girls' field includes several runners who have posted impressive times during the regular season.
