Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid delivered an ominous update regarding cornerback Mansoor Delane's injury status, raising concerns for the team's defensive backfield. Delane, who wears number 5, was photographed walking toward the practice field during Chiefs training camp at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri on July 25, 2026.
The nature and severity of Delane's injury were not specified in the initial report, but Reid's characterization suggests the issue could impact the cornerback's availability. The Chiefs' training camp proceedings continue as the team prepares for the upcoming season.
