Florida State University has dismissed head football coach Mike Norvell, the former Memphis Tigers leader who took over the Seminoles program. The decision was reported Sunday by Jonah Dylan of the Memphis Commercial Appeal.
Norvell, who previously coached at the University of Memphis, had been at the helm of Florida State's football team. The move marks a significant coaching change in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
