Esteban Ocon has been permanently axed by the Haas Formula 1 team following a dispute with team bosses, according to a report from The Independent. The French driver has insisted there was no physical altercation with his team.
The decision was confirmed on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Details of the dispute remain undisclosed, but Ocon's denial of any physical confrontation suggests the disagreement was professional in nature.
Haas has not yet commented on a potential replacement for Ocon. The move marks a sudden end to Ocon's tenure with the American-owned outfit.
