Leicester Tigers have secured the services of Ollie Chessum with a new two-year contract extension, the club announced on Thursday. The deal keeps the England international lock at Mattioli Woods Welford Road until at least 2028.
Chessum, 24, played a pivotal role in Leicester's comeback victory over Northampton Saints on Saturday, leading the team to a second-half turnaround at Franklin's Gardens. His performances this season have reinforced his status as a key figure in the Tigers' forward pack.
The announcement comes as Leicester continue their campaign in the Gallagher Premiership, with Chessum's retention representing a significant boost for the club's ambitions both domestically and in European competition.
