Light heavyweight contender Johnny Walker has been promoted to the main event of UFC Vegas 124 following a late shake-up to the card, according to a report by Sayan Nag on Yahoo Sports.
The Brazilian fighter, known for his unorthodox striking and highlight-reel knockouts, will now headline the Fight Night event scheduled for October 30, 2026. Details regarding his opponent and the circumstances behind the card change were not immediately disclosed in the initial report.
Walker, who has competed in the UFC since 2018, holds notable victories over Misha Cirkunov, Justin Ledet, and Ion Cutelaba. A main event slot represents a significant opportunity for the 32-year-old to reassert his position in the light heavyweight division.
