The Detroit Tigers have acquired infielder Tsung-Che Cheng from the Boston Red Sox, according to a report on Friday.
Cheng, a shortstop, appeared for the Red Sox during the 2026 season, including a game against the Baltimore Orioles at Fenway Park on July 20.
