Roma defender Evan Ndicka acknowledged his side eased off after a dominant first half but emphasized the importance of the three points following a 4-0 lead against Udinese on Saturday.
Speaking to DAZN after the match, Ndicka said: "What happened in the second half? When you win the first half 4-0, I don't mean we're thinking about other games, but we slowed down the pace a bit. In the end, we won, and that's the most important thing."
The French centre-back also expressed satisfaction with his goal in Udine, adding: "I'm happy with my goal here in Udine, but first of all for the team and for the three points."
