Former NFL coach Bill Parcells has commended the New York Giants for creating an environment where quarterback J.J. McCarthy can thrive, according to reports on Sunday.
McCarthy, wearing number 18, was seen reacting after the Giants' game against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium in Houston on October 25, 2026. Parcells, a two-time Super Bowl winner with the Giants, highlighted the organization's patience and development approach with the young quarterback.
The Giants' decision to support McCarthy's growth has drawn praise from the Hall of Fame coach, who emphasized the importance of stability for a young signal-caller.
